About the job
Seeking an aide, behavioral therapist, or occupational therapist to supervisor our 8-year-old, non verbal son with level 3 autism. Aide would work with him two to five times on weekdays after school and some weekends, depending on aides availability. Schedule can be tailored to aide's availability. Other adults would nearly always be present in the home as well while working with the child. Aide would have a budget for purchasing sensory and educational items to use to work with the child. Additional benefits include flexible schedule, competitive hourly rate (up to $45/hr based on experience), paid autism/ABA/behavioral health or similar classes, and up to $1000 quarterly bonus (based on weekly hours).
