Looking For A Nanny For Nanny Share

My husband and I are both medical residents looking for care for our 9-month-old son. We will be working full time with somewhat variable hours including very occasional weekends. We have a friend in our neighborhood with two kids who would like to join in a nanny share. She would join in September with her then 3-month-old and her 3-year-old could join in the afternoon if you would be open to having 3 child. Our neighbor does work from home so she would be available to help with her baby and nurse throughout the day! We are so excited to chat with potential nannies and to find a long-term caregiver who will love our babies!
