Babysitter For 4 Month Old

Looking for someone reliable and experienced to care for my 4-month-old while I am working this summer. When working day shift I would need someone from 6am-8 p.m. and when working night shift I would basically need the entire night and day. I would most likely wake up around 3 p.m. and bring him back before going into work. I work 3, 12 hour shifts a week. Prefer a weekly rate verse an hourly rate. Please let me know what you would charge per week.
