Assistant Director

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in a daycare setting. -Create schedules, monthly plans, monthly planned activities -Manage teacher files, manage student files -Provide tours to parents and do enrollments - Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities. - Ensure the daycare facility is clean, organized, and meets all health and safety regulations. - Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods. - Manage classroom behavior and promote positive interactions among children. -Coordinate with teachers on ratios, manage workload etc.
