So my child is very quiet so 9/10 he won't speak unless prompted until he feels more comfortable. I work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5 p.m. and then I get him right after from his after school program by 6 p.m. Then its home from there to cook dinner homework and bath, bed. Free time is rare for me which is why I'm considering a babysitter. I'd like someone who is extremely kind and patient.
