Caring And Energetic Nanny Needed For 1, 7mo In Philadelphia

We're looking for a great nanny to help care for our 7-month-old son. Some light tidying up of his things, washing bottles and perhaps some light food prep for him would be included. We're seeking someone who is passionate about creating a nurturing, safe and creative environment for children, and who has experience working with babies through key developmental milestones. Our happy little guy is used to taking a bottle of pumped breastmilk and has started solids (hybrid of baby-led weaning + puree), sits unassisted and is on the verge of crawling. We are currently avoiding screens through at least 1 year so, our ideal partner is someone who introduces educational and creative engagements, reads, likes to take walks and fosters a positive and energetic schedule. We can offer 34-40hrs per week (M-F), with Monday being a flexible schedule.
