We are two resident doctors looking to offload some hours from our current nanny as we both work long days. We have an adorable and sweet 2-year-old boy (25 months). Schedule would include dinner and bath time and getting him ready for bed. Majority of the time, I or my husband like to put him to sleep. We are looking for someone who values positive reinforcement and helps foster his curiosity.
