Nanny Needed For My Children In Philadelphia.

I need some that is loving and highly structured to assist with my kids in the evenings. They are high energy and very messy. I am trying to give them some needed structure around homework and chores when I am home late from work. And also give myself some time on the weekends to do things for myself. I want to do Mondays and add every other weekend to start and see who might be a good fit, but then extend to more days next school year during the late summer, fall, and winter seasons (I am a teacher and cheer coach; these are my busy times of year when I will be home late a lot). BONUS: My kids go to a Spanish Immersion school, and have homework in both English and Spanish. I would love to have someone who is bilingual or speaks Spanish to help then with homework and/or to speak to them in Spanish to help with that.
