Seeking Nanny For Sweet 3 Month Old Girl

Starting late February 2025, we are looking for someone to care for our 3 mo old younger daughter. We are also looking for occasional help with our older daughter, A, who is 2. 5 years old, on days when her school is closed or she is home with minor illness. We will need someone 4-5 days a week to total 35-40 hours per week, but the schedule will vary from week to week based on our work schedules. We are both physicians who work out of the house- mom is an ER doc whose schedule varies. Mom's schedule is set at least 6 weeks in advance so we would set dates far in advance. We also have a very friendly cat at home. Speaking Spanish would be a plus, but not required. Dad is a non-native functionally fluent speaker and A attends Spanish-immersion preK.
