Full-Time Nanny For Twin Boys

We are in search of a full-time nanny for our 8-month-old twin boys. My mother-in-law is with the twins all day during the week as well but needs someone to help her. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible and work for at least the next 4 to 6 months with the possibility of staying on longer. Ideal hours would be Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. but we can be a bit flexible with hours if needed. Twin experience is preferred but not preferred.
