Nanny For Infant Nanny Share (Fairmont, Philadelphia) - Late February 2025

We are two Fairmont families seeking a warm and experienced nanny to care for our two infants (3-4 months old) starting in late February 2025. Care will alternate between our homes, located three blocks apart. This is a long-term position (1+ year), with a 40-hour schedule: 3 days per week caring for both children ($30/hour) and 2 days per week caring for one child ($23/hour). The role includes 2 weeks of paid time off. Responsibilities include managing daily routines (feeding, naps, diapering), engaging the babies in age-appropriate developmental activities, and maintaining a clean and organized care space. We are looking for someone with 3-5+ years of childcare experience (1+ year with infants) who can provide at least one reference from a prior family. Infant First Aid/CPR certification and strong communication skills are preferred.
