Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Philadelphia

I work from home and will just need childcare to assist downstairs. My schedule will often change until I am given my official schedule in January of 2025. My daughter will be attending pre-k soon and won't need care until 3 pm, so the only child who will need consistent care is my 1-year-old son, and eventually my newborn who is due in February of 2025. I do use cameras in my home just to monitor the kids during work hours. I live with a large family and my grandmother has dementia, so she will often forget who you are, but she will not be in the way as we have family here to care for her. There is a big park across the street for the kids to play as well. I prepare the kids, the meals, and the activities the night before to leave for you so all you'll have to do is heat it up and do the activities with them. I need someone reliable.
