About the job
Provide full-time care for two infants, including feeding, diapering, and nap routines Engage in age-appropriate activities to stimulate development (e. g., tummy time, sensory play, reading, music) Follow sleep, feeding, and developmental schedules set by parents Keep the environment clean and safe for both babies Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their infants' progress and needs Requirements: Experience caring for infants (at least 2 years) Infant CPR/First Aid certified Fully vaxxed (flu, covid, tdapp etc) Non smoker Dog friendly (though pets will not be your responsibility) Strong references and background check Comfortable in a shared childcare environment with parents who work from home
