Nanny Needed For My Children In Philadelphia.

I'm seeking mother's helper &/or nanny for very happy 11month old son. He's teething a bit and is very close to walking (he stands up and can bend over to retrieve items). We prefer that he gets a 30-60 minute walk in his stroller, weather dependent. There is a large, clumsy dog and 2 cats in the house. No need to walk or feed any of them, just know they are there. Additionally, it would be wonderful if doing a few loads of laundry a week & maybe filling/unloading dishwasher - no in depth house cleaning or family meal prep, Just basic breakfast and lunch for the baby. Hours appx 8-3, with frequent likelihood of father or grandparent taking over between noon and 2. Please be patient and wiling to play with the baby, know CPR & 1st Aid, non-smoker.
