Nanny Needed For 1 Newborn In Society Hill Philadelphia

We are looking for a nanny for 1 newborn. Some light housekeeping is expected (laundry, kitchen organization, ect) but have schedualed cleanings. Target of 40-50 hours per week dependent on both parents work schedules and the occasional weekend dependent on availability. 2 weeks paid vacation provided. 1 family vacation to Europe annually (paid). We are a bi-lingual Italian/English household so native Italian speaker is a major plus. Position comes with a private, separate house adjacent to our property with full basic utilities paid for if applicant so desires. Ideal applicant is experienced with newborns and keeps a relaxed, positive demeanor. There are potential opportunities for larger responsibilities as a property manager if applicant has desire and proven track record of successful execution.
