Full Time Nanny For Young Family

We are looking for a full-time nanny (or two part time). Our children include a boy who will be 3 in January and a girl who will be 4 months in December. Our toddler has mild cerebral palsy. He can crawl, stand, walk with a walker and we are close to independent walking. However, his balance isn't great and needs to be supervised at all times if not in a safe environment. Outside of that, he is incredibly bright and amazing at communicating. He cannot navigate stairs himself yet so the right candidate would have to be able to safely carry him (30lbs). We would love someone who can confidently handle both kids. We work from home and can help when needed, we have safe areas for both kids in the house. We are looking strictly for childcare and someone to just clean up from playing with them. We will have lunches ready.
