Long-term Nanny For Our 2 Daughters

We have two bright, fun girls ages 3 and 8 in need of a long-term caring and trustworthy nanny. Both girls go to school full-time. Time with the girls would largely be spent on weekdays after school, taking them to activities, meal prepping dinner, and helping with their evening routine. During the day, we are looking for house manager support (laundry, meal prepping school lunches, running errands like grocery shopping, walking the dog, and dropping off dry cleaning) while they are in school. We have occasional needs for evening support as well as the ability to offer extra hours when we have events/date nights. Seeking someone who is punctual, a great driver, great across different age ranges, and reliable. We have a well-behaved 7-year-old, small poodle mix and a 1-year-old cat- must be OK with pets.
