We are looking for a reliable, part-time morning bestie for our 2 yr old in Philadelphia. I work from home and need assistance in the mornings. I will need flexibility for some full time days with notice for work trips/conferences a few times a year - and maybe occasional date nights. The main focus for this role is having fun, keeping her busy, and entertained, not just a "babysitter" .. so I have to specify we do not want somebody sitting on their phone or simply putting her in front of the TV. - Must be over 21 - Have their own transportation - Non-smoker - Pet-Friendly - Must have experience with toddlers
