We need someone to help with our 3-month-old during the work week. The hours will likely be around 9-4 but I am looking for someone who has flexibility to add or reduce hours when needed based on my schedule. I work from home so I will be available to help but I need assistance with the basics throughout the day while I'm working and on calls - feeding, naps, playing and overall watching her.
