Part-time Nanny For Happy 4 Month Old Baby

We are first time parents to our 4-month-old son. We have been loving and adjusting to our new roles as mom and dad. Our hope is for a nanny to assist/help our baby hit his milestones (i.e. tummy time, rolling, sitting up, as well as being read to, playing with age appropriate toys etc). He's doing great so far but may be early teething and is therefore drooling a fair amount. We are always stocked up on clean bibs/burp cloths. :) We have a mini pittie dog named Bubbles who is very sweet and affectionate. She is trained and responds well to commands. I(mom) work remote from home full-time and am currently nursing but supplementing with formula. I can nurse on demand but will try to stay out of the way of baby/nanny as much as possible to not distract in their activities.
