Our oldest child has ADHD. Our younger child is only 4 years old. They both, naturally, like to watch TV a lot. They are big on Bluey. The oldest has not started getting homework. But when he does, there is no Screen Time. And to avoid unfair. There will be no screen time for either one. So the youngest would need an activity, hes very open to different things such as running around , making a fort, coloring and/or building stuff.
