Part Time Nanny Needed For Newborn

My husband and I are expecting our first child in September. I will return to work in January and will need childcare for our newborn (3-month-old by then) between the hours of 8-4ish, 3 days/week. The days and times are flexible and still TBD! We are looking for a reliable caregiver (with the potential of a nanny share with another family in our neighborhood, if you're interested) with experience with newborns and references please. We have pretty easy daytime parking on our street as well if you drive. We have a 5-year-old small dog who won't need anything other than love while you're there, so please be comfortable with pets.
