Part-Time Nanny Needed For Energetic Almost-4-Year-Old

We are looking for a patient, caring, and reliable nanny for our almost 4-year-old son, 2-3 days a week. He's a fun, very active little guy who loves to play, but he does have some language and social delays, so were seeking someone who can offer extra patience and understanding as he continues to grow and learn. What Were Looking For: -Someone with experience or a good understanding of working with young children with developmental delays (though not required, its a plus). -Someone who can keep up with a high-energy 4-year-old. -A calm and encouraging presence, especially as we continue working on potty training. -A non-smoker who is comfortable with pets. We have a cat and a little dog in the home.
