About the job
I need a babysitter for the few weekend nights that I have to go to work. I'd love for this to turn into my reliable on-call date night sitter as well & I prefer someone who would ultimately be with us long term. My work schedule can be busier at times than others. But it is usually Friday or Saturday nights, so maybe just a couple of times a month. It would usually include dinner time & then bed time, and just hanging out until I get home. My kids are easy going and I also have a teen in the house who is helpful, but just not responsible enough yet to stay home with them for a whole evening.
