We're looking for a nanny for our baby, who turns 7 months in one week! Our current nanny is having a baby of her own. It'll be 4 days/week, usually M/T/Th/F, but it may change slightly some weeks based on our schedule. Baby is crawling and loves to play with our current nanny. We ideally would love someone who will help baby continue to develop, as she seems to be a fast learner. If possible, we'll have you shadow our current nanny for a week or two as well.
