3 out of the 4 Mondays/month, my wife will be working remotely and will be home most Mondays, she just cant watch our daughter and work. She is working a typical school schedule (teacher), so there will be Monday holidays and also the summer, but we do not have childcare for Mondays during the school year. Our child is 16 months, her older brother will be in school. Shes very easygoing, nothing specific required. As stated, one Monday/month, my wife will not be present.
