Teaching Assistant Needed For Waldorf.

I am looking for a compassionate and patient individual to be my teaching assistant at my Waldorf. This school runs out of my home and serves 4 students. I am dedicated to nurturing neurodivergent children in a supportive and loving environment. Someone who genuinely loves children and accepts them just as they are, with patience for all behaviors. Experience with children is essential; specific training is not required as we will provide all necessary lessons and skills. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in teaching lessons like art, movement, and handwork - Provide 1-on-1 reading support with children - Help clean up after activities - Build strong, positive relationships with the children If you have a heart for children and a passion for making a difference, I'd love to hear from you!
