Looking For A Fun-loving Caregiver For Music Loving Toddler

I'm looking for someone to watch my daughter F who will be 2 in April. I may be a little biased, but F is an absolute joy. She loves music and books and is very good with meeting new people. F has some mobility issues and currently can only craw for short distances, however we are in therapy to get her more mobile. She weighs about 25 pounds and will mostly need to be carried. F has a few words but many signs and can communicate what she wants most efficiently through ASL. I own an interior design business so I am looking for someone who would be available to watch F at our house while I am either meeting with clients or doing design work. Times/days may vary.
