Looking For A Nanny!

We are looking for a nanny 3 days a week in the mornings from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. I work from home and need someone to watch my son (he'll be 3 in January) from my house while I'm working during those hours. I'm looking for someone to be very hands-on and engaging with him to provide meaningful and fun playtime and learning. We are non-smokers, we do not have any pets, and we just have our son, no other children. We prefer someone who is also a non-smoker who has their own reliable transportation. There would be some light tidying (mainly helping him pick up toys, not housework) and helping him with breakfast/snack. Looking for someone to start asap!
