I'm looking to potentially hire someone to watch my daughter in our home while I work from home 2 - 5 days a week starting in January 2025. She will be 1 year of age at that time. Activities would just include play time, nap time, and lunch/snacks. I am unsure as to how many hours I would need help as I just started my job 2 weeks ago and need to feel out my work load. I am guessing I'd need help with watching her anywhere between 4-7 hours a day.
