Nanny Needed For 1 Child

We are looking for a great nanny for our amazing 15mo old daughter. Some light tidying up, feeding, cleanup and play-time would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. Short walks around the area would be preferred given we are comfortable with the nanny. We are hoping to find someone, fun, outgoing, positive and quick-witted. Our daughter loves to climbs things lately, so quick reaction time and constant attention here is key. One parent would be on the premise at all times to help with any questions or uncertainties, food, clothing etc. Our daughter is at the peak of growth and learning right now, so a childhood development background / teaching experience would certainly stand out in our eyes. We are hoping to grow this relationship long-term and continue with the potential nanny on a more personal level for the future.
