Nanny/Family Helper Position: Structured Support With Potential For Long-Term Role

Our family (3 kids: 10M, 12F autistic/high-functioning, 17F) seeks a nurturing, structured caregiver to help with the youngest two's AM/PM logistics during a parent's business trip (March 17-21) with a goal of finding someone for long-term work going. Starting earlier (week of 4th) preferred if possible to build routine with both parents available. Immediate Needs: *Arrive by 7:00 a.m. to drive kids to school (done by 8:30 AM). *Afternoon pickups: 10yo at 2:45 PM, 12yo at 3:55 p.m. *Dinner prep/light cleaning until 6 p.m. (17yo & mom assist afterward). Future Role (roughly 2-6 p.m. daily): School pickup, engaging activities (outdoors/board games), meals, and light tidying. Date nights/overnights as negotiated. Must Haves: Reliable car, love for active play, and ability to limit screen time. Autism experience a plus. We have 3 friendly cats!
