About the job
We are seeking a gentle, compassionate, engaged and patient nanny for our two young children ages 3 (almost 4) and one (almost 2). We value someone who is skilled in redirection and validating children's emotions. Fostering creative play is also desirable. Light housekeeping and some meal prep would be nice to have. Our daughter (3) is highly sensitive, expressive, spunky, very creative and independent. She loves drawing, painting, coloring, and playing with Play-Doh. Our son (1) is a little rascal who loves playing outside. He is curious about everything. Schedule flexibility is valued as we hope to have someone working full days Monday through Thursday during the summer. Currently the kids have school 2 days a week for a half day until May 15. In the fall they'll go 3 days per week.
