About the job
We are looking for a House Manager. We have 3 kids, 10 (boy), 8 (boy) and a girl who is 6. My husband Sean and I are Real Estate developers and do not have set schedules and rely on our help. We have a current full time Nanny who has been with us for 9 years but is unfortunately leaving to pursue a professional career. We also have a live in Aupair who you would be working with on a daily basis. Items that need to be done as a house manager: Laundry (Monday & Thurs or Fri) Collect and take out the trash and recycling (Monday), Kitchen cleanup/dishwasher/dishes (everyday), Vacuum first floor (3x week), Get the kids clothes ready for the evening activities (everyday), Order Grocerys (we use Instacart), Get the clothes ready for school the next day (everyday), Run errands as needed. This is 40 hrs a week. Salary is based on experience
