I are looking for a great babysitter or nanny for 2 children in Mechanicsburg. I would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets. My daughter is autistic and will be taking a van to school 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Tues and Thurs so you just need to help her on and off the van. My son has speech therapy Monday but they come to the home for a hour.
