Experience Childcare Needed (2 Kids, In Our Home)

ISO: Full-time childcare in our home Children: 2 (2-year-old + 1-year-old) Start Date: Mid-Feb, M-F, 8a-4p (flexible-ish) What we are looking for: - Someone extremely serious and excited to care for and educate children - Have extensive experience with 1-3-year-olds, with experience with baby needs - Ideally someone with a few years of experience in a daycare or school setting can create a routine for the kids so they are engaged and learning - fully vaccinated - up-to-date PA clearances - okay with WFH parents - We're not interested in other children in our home or nanny shares right now! - clean driving license and open to taking the kids to activities - must be okay with a written agreement and trial run - provide strong references
