Occasional Date Night Sitter

We're looking for a sitter for occasional date nights, about 2-3 weekend nights a month. We have three boys: 12, 2. 5, and 4 months. We'll put the little ones to bed before we head out, but they might need some attention if they wake up. Our oldest is self-sufficient and won't need any care. Hours will range from 8pm-1 a.m. We have a sweet 8-year-old Pomeranian who may occasionally need let outside to relieve herself.
