I'm looking into a potential nanny for my little one, he turned 6 weeks today. Not looking for anyone until he is around 12-14 weeks old. He has some issues with reflux but hopefully it will be more under control by then. I do have him signed up for daycare but I'm nervous to send him so wanting to explore other options too
