About the job
We have overlapping work schedules at times once or twice a week and they don't go to school. They require a very simple standard childcare. No diapers. 2 young girls that can get rambunctious and at each other. I don't encourage being soft or patient about behavior. They are wonderful children. But they get revved up quick. They are much more pleasant and happy when they are keeping their wits about them. Nothing abnormal or radical to deal with. Feed lunch, 1 afternoon snack ish. Quiet movie/nap time after lunch. No transporting required. J. keep them alive and none the worse aside from battle wounds from each other. Sometimes you just don't have time to stop them. They don't get tablets often if any on a day. They play, toons on, good.
