No specific care needed just someone with patience for my autistic non verbal toddler. They usually are both up by 9-10 a.m. they have a bottle of milk and stay in bed for a bit. they have morning playtime together (supervised) until they eat breakfast. They sit down to eat by no later 1130 a.m. and watch tv while eating for about an hour. Once they finish breakfast they watch tv and/or play until lunch time which is usually around 1-130 p.m. The younger one takes a nap from 2-5, the 2-year-old doesnt usually take a nap. She has autism and is non verbal at the moment so she just likes to watch tv, play with toys, play in her playground. My work from home shift should be done by 5 p.m. I would be responsible for all the food prep for the kids, they would just need to be served and they eat on their own all their meals.
