Nanny Needed For My Children

We have 2 boys, 8 y/o and 4 y/o, who need supervision Monday-Friday from 2:30 p.m. until 5 p.m. Oldest is really into space but can be a bit of an introvert. He does not required a lot of active attention and is content to do his own thing. The youngest is really outgoing but also really wants a playmate. Mom works from home but her job requires focused attention for large periods of time. Dad commutes and works from home occasionally. Looking for help mainly from after school (2:30 p.m. or so) until 5 or 5:30 p.m. Not asking anyone to do homework or run the kids l to practice or anything - we really just need some one to handle kids needs and run interference so mom can work.
