Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Lancaster

Hi! We're a family of three local to downtown Lancaster, looking for that added layer of support after school. I'm a single working mom of 2, L (5) & E (4) both attend school full time, at two different locations (about 10 min apart & close to our home downtown). I work from home most days, but often have meetings / local commitments that conflict with school pick-up. I'm looking to build community, as we're relatively new to Lancaster, working with someone who can grow with us & be part of our village. You'd need to have your own car / reliable transportation with room enough for two added car seats (I have two extra car seats!), knowledge of proper car seat safety, first aid/CPR, preferably a non-smoker with relevant background clearances.
