Nanny Needed For My Children In Lancaster.

Hello, we are a family of four located in Lancaster, PA. We are looking for a reliable nanny to help with childcare for our two toddlers (3 years and 20 months). We are looking for a flexible nanny that can work between the hours of 0730 a.m. until as late as 5:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday ($40+ hours per week). Most days we are home by 4:30 p.m. and sometimes earlier. You will have all weekends off. Both my husband and I work in healthcare so the expectation is we will be at work on time everyday even when there is winter weather so it's of the utmost importance we find someone who can reliably get to work everyday. You must be willing to take care of children even when they are sick. Pay is negotiable based on experience and education. We are thinking a weekly salary would work best.
