Part-Time Nanny In Manheim Twp, Lancaster For Two Amazing Children

I am seeking a part-time nanny for my two children to support me on my custodial days (50%). The children (girl: 6 y/o, boy: 4 y/o) are well-behaved and play together well. The oldest one will be starting kindergarten now. The younger one is still in preschool during the morning. I require help with picking the children up at school/preschool, as well as help with structuring activities. Meals and snacks will be provided but may require re-heating or minor preparation. Light housekeeping would be ideal but is not a requirement. Passes for local amusement parks, children's museum, etc. could be provided by me for all. General Schedule: - Every Monday and Tuesday 12-5. 30 p.m. - Every other Friday 12-5. 30 p.m. Flexibility with the start/end hours is a requirement , e. g. in the occasional event of school closure, early dismissal, children's sickness, or work travels. On those days, care would be required 9 a.m. to 5. 30 p.m. - Health-Conscious Meals - Structure and Guidance for kids - Good manners - Spend time in nature and outdoors - Good education Kids enjoy playing together. A lot. The older one (girl) will be starting ballet soon, the younger one (boy) plays soccer occasionally. The kids are fairly quiet and happy children, play together very well, but may require some structure and guidance to explore new games or activities. Structuring the Day Guidance to explore new things (crafts, children's museum, outdoors, school) Caregiver must be passionate about children and their development. Good teamwork with me, as their father, is a requirement. I am not a know-it-all and open to suggestions, but also have my own preferences and ideas for them, so they grow up loving and being loved, receive great education, strengthen their manners. No pets
