About the job
I have twin 5-year-old boys and a 3-year-old boy. I also have a 2-month-old, but wouldn't require care for him. My big boys have LOTS of energy! I'd be looking for someone to help supervise, play with, and plan fun activities for the 3 "big boys" for 2 hours 2x a week while I take care of the baby and get house work done. The boys love cars, hot wheels, batman, dinosaurs, etc. All things typical "boy." They have a ton of physical energy and run and wrestle all day long (often getting out of hand - one of the things an extra set of eyes and someone to set expectations would be helpful with). I'm a former teacher and have been completing homeschool preschool with the twins in a very relaxed format. No kids have ever been to daycare or preschool. They've only ever been watched by grandparents.
