We are a family of 3 and need a caregiver to look after our wonderful 10-month-old daughter during the week. Both my husband and I mostly work from home and have very tight schedules. Her current nanny has to leave due to family commitments and we are looking for a nanny to fill her position. We need someone who would who is willing to be with us for a long term and will not switch between jobs.
