I'm a stay at home mom but am considering taking a position that has rotating shifts, meaning some work days are during the day, and other days would be night shift. The hours would be 12 hour shifts. My children are easy going and really only need their daily needs met as far as meals, quality time, ect. Were an easy going family and are hoping to find someone perfect fitting for us that can also work with our schedule.
