Nanny Needed For 2 Children

We are looking for a great nanny for our 2 children. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. I work from home so will be present but on meetings most of the day, my oldest is starting a half day preschool program in January on MWF so half of the day would be just caring for our 1-year-old. I need someone consistently on Mondays and one Wednesday a month. My mom helps me on TWT but if she is not available would like someone who could fill in. Also, if available on rare occasions may ask for help on a weekend if an event comes up and family cannot help. We have a lab named Molly and need someone who would be comfortable with her. If interested, would also hire to watch her when we go away on family vacations.
