We have varying schedules, so we need someone that has a flexible schedule. We have a farm with animals and will need someone to watch baby while we do farm chores but will be available if there is an issue and also work from home with varying schedule. Baby is 1-month-old now and we are doing cloth diapers and breastfeeding, we would like someone that supports this.
