We are seeking a dedicated lead nanny to provide childcare for our family on a full-time basis. The position requires working on a team other nannies. Our family consists of 4 children under 7. The applicant must be able to look after all 4 children on their own and to manage the other part-time nannies. Working evenings through bedtime, weekends, and travel is required on a rotation with other nannies. Provide attentive, compassionate care for the children. Manage and channel the high energy, sensory needs of the children by planning and participating in physical activities. Prepare and serve meals and snacks. Maintain a clean and organized environment that supports the children's needs. Safely transport the children to school, appointments, and extracurricular activities. Consistently follow the family's daily routines and guidelines.
